Dos is a technology platform incorporated in England and Wales. We operate internationally, including in the United States, through our platform at dosfinds.us.

We connect individuals seeking legal services with law firms, and provide tools that help those firms manage and grow their practice.

2. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two types of users:

Clients — individuals who submit legal enquiries through our platform seeking to connect with a law firm.

Firms — legal professionals and law firms who use our Leads and Intake products to find and manage clients.

Where a section applies to only one group, we say so clearly.

3. What Information We Collect

From Clients

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Location data, including zip code
• Details of your legal enquiry or case
• Phone number verification data — when you enter your number, we send a one-time SMS to confirm your identity
• IP address, device type, and browser data
• Search history and interactions on our platform
• Records of calls handled through our Intake product, where a firm has enabled this

From Firms

• Name, firm name, email address, and phone number
• Account credentials
• Payment information — credit and debit card details are processed and stored securely by Stripe. Dos does not store card details directly.
• Calendar data accessed through connected services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and others) when using the Intake product
• Records of platform activity, including leads accessed and credits used
• Communications with Dos, including support interactions

From Both

• Records of telephone calls with Dos for quality control, complaint resolution, and training purposes
• Feedback, reviews, and comments submitted through our platform

4. How We Use Your Information

For Clients

• To verify your phone number via a one-time SMS
• To match you with law firms relevant to your enquiry
• To share your contact details with matched firms so they can reach out to you
• To handle inbound calls on your behalf through our Intake product, where a firm has enabled this
• To personalize your experience on our platform
• To send relevant communications, where you have given consent

For Firms

• To manage your account and provide platform access
• To process payments and manage credits and subscriptions
• To deliver leads matching your practice area and location
• To access and manage your calendar through the Intake product, for the purpose of scheduling client appointments on your behalf
• To provide platform analytics and usage reporting
• To send product updates, billing notices, and service communications

For Both

• To improve and monitor platform performance
• To conduct market research and gather feedback
• To ensure platform security and prevent fraud
• To comply with applicable federal and state legal obligations
• To resolve complaints and disputes

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the following grounds:

Contract — to deliver the services you have signed up for.

Legitimate interests — to improve our platform, prevent fraud, and analyze usage.

Consent — for marketing communications and targeted advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation — where we are required to process data under applicable federal or state law.

6. SMS and Phone Verification

When you enter your mobile number on our platform, we send one SMS message containing a verification link to confirm your identity.

• You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you take further action on the platform
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Calendar Data (Intake Product — Firms)

When a firm enables the Intake product, Dos requests access to the firm's connected calendar. This access is used solely to schedule, check, and manage client appointments on the firm's behalf.

We access only what is necessary to perform this function. We do not use calendar data for any other purpose. We do not share calendar data with third parties.

Firms can revoke calendar access at any time through their account settings or directly through Google, Microsoft, or their calendar provider.

8. Automated Systems and AI

Dos uses automated technology to support platform performance. This includes:

• A tool that helps clients resolve simple enquiries using publicly available information
• Automated outreach to verify contact details and confirm enquiry requests
• A case classification system that suggests handling routes to firms based on submitted information

All outputs from these systems are for indicative purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. Dos expressly disclaims responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any automated suggestions.

Firms are solely responsible for evaluating any recommendations and determining the appropriate course of action for their clients.

9. TCPA Compliance

Dos operates the Intake product in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations.

By submitting an enquiry through our platform, clients provide express prior consent to be contacted by or on behalf of law firms using automated telephone technology.

Firms using Intake are responsible for ensuring their own independent communications with leads comply with all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, including the TCPA.

10. Sharing Your Information

We may share personal information with:

• Law firms — client contact details and enquiry information are shared with matched firms through the Leads product
• Clients — firm contact details are shared when a match is made
• Stripe — for secure payment processing on behalf of firms
• Calendar providers — Google, Microsoft, and others, when the Intake product is enabled
• Third-party service providers — who assist in operating our platform, under strict data processing agreements
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — where required by applicable federal or state law
• Analytics partners — using aggregated, non-personally identifiable data only

We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Marketing and Advertising

We only send promotional communications to users who have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe or manage preferences at any time by contacting us at team@dosfinds.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We may display targeted advertising on our platform and third-party platforms using cookies and behavioral data, where consent has been given.

12. Cookies

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool.

13. Data Storage and International Transfers

Dos is a UK-based company. Your data may be stored and processed in the United Kingdom or other countries outside the United States.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services.

When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data from active systems. Some data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or record-keeping purposes.
