Welcome to Dos! Our platform is designed to increase the productivity of lawyers. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which outline your relationship with Dos.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Dos ("we," "us," "our") and you as a legal professional or law firm ("you," "your," "law firm") who uses our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
Dos provides a platform that helps law firms be more productive by solving manual tasks like finding clients seeking legal services or billing those clients. Our platform uses advanced technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), to assist lawyers in managing their workloads efficiently. However, Dos does not offer legal advice and functions solely as a software service provider.
To use our platform, you must:
Dos leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology to improve lawyers' experience on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
Dos provides access to verified inbound enquiries from individuals who independently submit a request through our platform.
A “verified lead” means:
Verification confirms authenticity, not intent, availability, responsiveness, or outcome.
Dos does not guarantee:
Before using credits, users are shown all available lead details, including:
It is the user’s responsibility to review this information before choosing to contact a lead.
If a lead does not match the user’s practice area, jurisdiction, or service offering, the user should not engage the lead. Credits are only deducted when the user chooses to proceed.
Dos is not responsible for:
Credits provide access to contact verified enquiries. Credits:
Unused credits do not indicate a defective service.
Choosing not to use purchased credits does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Payments are non-refundable once credits or access are delivered.
Refunds may be considered only for individual leads where:
General dissatisfaction, lack of response, or lack of commercial success does not qualify as a defect or refund basis.
Claims of “systemic failure” must be supported by specific, verifiable examples submitted through the designated review process.
Subscriptions are optional and clearly disclosed at checkout.
Recurring charges apply unless cancelled before the renewal date. Continued access during the billing period constitutes delivery of the service.
Subscriptions are not refundable for past billing periods.
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
Dos supplies verified enquiries, not outcomes.
By using the platform, the user acknowledges that lead generation is probabilistic, not deterministic. Results vary based on timing, response speed, market conditions, and user practices.
