Want justice? Want your case settled by professionals?  Then your looking in the wrong direction. My attorney was Daniel Allen and he was a nightmare experience for me. I was going through a divorce and not only left everything to my ex wife but I also left some personal items so all I wanted is what the law allows and that was 50% of the equity in our home and he didn't have a strong enough spine to do even that. I was supposed to get $112,000 but instead received $40,000.  After my attorney fees of $13,000 that covered not even five months I ended up with $27,000. The interesting thing was that my wifes offer of $40,000 never changed but they kept taking money out of my account anyway. I told Daniel that I didn't understand what was going on, that her number never changed but I was still paying and he said "its harder than you think" . That was clearly a lie because I gave her everything and we have no kids so what's the problem?  He clearly was unfit to do the job and later he said "they pay me very well". I bet they do at the cost of the client. A week before trial he wanted another $4,000 and I just didn't have it so I emailed him and said I just didn't have confidence it was going to work out because of how the case was going. You think he would have said something to give me confidence so I could win my case but he didn't. The next thing he says is "they're working on it as we speak ". No mention of "hang in there we got this" or "don't worry I like our chances you're only asking what is required by law". Not anything. I had to get all the documents of which some were in the house that I had no access to because I had moved to Michigan because the divorce cost me my job. Then I found out later from a paralegal that I didn't have to get all the documents they were requesting. Would have been nice if my attorney told me that.  I couldn't have handed an easier case to anyone. His boss Damion Sheets didn't help either and he actually charged me a $200 money return fee when I disputed them from taking $4,000 out of my account before I could answer an email requesting they take the money out. Damion Sheets talked more about his daughters chess game then he ever did in my case.When I had a zoom call from  both Damion and Daniel Allen my attorney, it wasn't even my attorney on the call. It was a paralegal. I have no idea how people like this think they will get away with this because everybody draws their last breath at some point and will have to take account for what they have done, what they have spoken, and even there thoughts.  These attorneys don't care about your justice or your truth. They want your cash.Damion Sheets also told me they have 176 clients. How can you give appropriate counsil to that many cases with only a handful of attorneys? So, basically, there not even giving 50% effort on my case. If you have any problems with any attorney I suggest you call the BBB and the Nevada State Bar.

Damian is truly one of the best defense attorneys out there. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and always prepared. Their office staff was also fantastic — responsive, respectful, and caring.
