My family have dealt with Mr.Gibbs for about 3-4 years and he has been a tremendous help when it comes to filing taxes. I just started back working again after 6 years and my taxes were being rejected due to insurance form. Mr. Gibbs did not stop until the issue was corrected and taxes were accepted. First time Al was wonderful!!!!!! 2021!? Different story. I paid for my taxes IN FULL! No tax return was sent. I contacted him via email and phone. He finally texted back and said he was out of town (no service) and would call me at 11:00 am. That turned to 2 pm. That turned into 3 days. When I went to look back at the messages between he and I, he had had pulled all communication back. I contacted my bank and pulled the money back. One phone call that's all. SMH
