Long lasting and memorable experience! Marcela, has a way to make a very complex and drawn out process so seamless and simple! The experience you get with him is phenomenal! You laugh through it all while still being educated on what is needed to help you with the process. He creates a relationship very well with his clients that does not make you feel like a client. You began to feel like family with boundaries of what he’s allowed and not allowed to do. Still maintaining a business relationship but you become really comfortable with who is taking care of you and helping you. Excellent service. The people in charge of the office in Charlotte are very professional, they explain and solve doubts in a very easy way. The process of my husband's residency didn't take a year.
