Long lasting and memorable experience! Marcela, has a way to make a very complex and drawn out process so seamless and simple! The experience you get with him is phenomenal! You laugh through it all while still being educated on what is needed to help you with the process. He creates a relationship very well with his clients that does not make you feel like a client. You began to feel like family with boundaries of what he’s allowed and not allowed to do. Still maintaining a business relationship but you become really comfortable with who is taking care of you and helping you. I am thankful for someone that seriously cares to help his clients and makes sure they are taken care of through the whole way. Be sure to listen well to his recommendations because he is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and knows what will be best for the process versus what may be most comfortable. Excellent service. The people in charge of the office in Charlotte are very professional, they explain and solve doubts in a very easy way. The process of my husband's residency didn't take a year. We began the process in May 2020 and by March 2021 his residence had already arrived. Very satisfied with the results.
