I was in there yesterday 3/2/26. They were excellent on customer service. Was not there very long. Stopped what they were working on and fixed the problem I had. I recommend them to everyone.

Update: There’s some guy driving like a maniac in one of their company cars everyday at 5pm. Multiple people have made complaints and they aren’t doing anything about it. Hold your people accountable especially when they are representing the business. Original review: An all around amazing experience bringing my computer in for repair. I had a very odd issue that was hard to diagnose myself. ACIS was pleasant to work with and extremely honorable when the first fix didn’t work. I will always recommend them for personal computer and business needs.

These people are Amazing! I took my Desktop Computer to this Company and they replaced my hard drive with a Solid State Drive and now my desktop computer is so much faster and better than ever! They even transferred all of my data to my new Solid State Drive and I didn't lose any of it! I was a little concerned before I brought it to them thinking that I would have to sit in front of the computer uploading all 400 of my CD's back onto my computer but I didn't have to do that because when they transferred everything over everything was perfectly fine! I couldn't be happier with my decision to bring my computer to these people! I want to give a special shout out to both Josh and David for all their hard work! I Love ACIS IT SOLUTIONS and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing help with their computer! These people are really super Awesome!! 🥰😍

Knowledgeable, friendly service, & very trustworthy. Worked with David on a quick fix on our Router. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the current and potential issues, offered a few options to fix the issue. He was able to get it fixed very quickly by remote. I would trust them with any future IT issues. Thank You ACIS IT Solutions!
