This firm is not reliable. Money comes always in priority for them. I had already paid for my case and I wanted to consult further, they asked for me to pay again for consultation. I asked for some information, attorney never answered. We have to follow up so many times to get answers. They are so busy, you will not get timely answer. My attorney left the firm and they haven't assigned any attorney to me. Lucy does not handle every case. It's some subcontractor attorney handles the cases. Be careful choosing them.
