Miriam was candid and direct and provided solutions and options. Miriam provided me with advice that I can act on, and she backed it up with references to relevant policy/law. Both on the phone and in the follow-up email, her assessment of my situation was easy to understand and reached beyond the facts as I had given them to her. This means she addressed potential situations that might arise, not just the ones I had asked her to address. On top of that, she was pleasant and courteous, as was her assistant when I booked the appointment.
