This attorney handled my 70yo mom’s case after a car injury in which her car was totaled and her airbags went off. She injured her shoulder and was left with limited mobility even after months of therapy. I made the mistake of believing she could advocate for herself after she said she found a law firm who would take her case and I heard the last name. I thought it was great she found a Latino attorney who could understand and have compassion for who he represents. I am unsure how this law firm has so many good reviews if this is how they handle all their cases. Unless this is only how they treat people they know have no one fighting with them and advocating for them. She never NOT ONCE saw or spoke to that man or any attorney for that matter. There was zero transparency as far as documents they had filed or where they were at with the case. My mom would call and be left on hold for upwards of 20 minutes just to be told there were no updates. After an entire YEAR of nagging she was finally told after lawyer fees and pay outs to the medical providers (she has insurance so I don’t know why they would be paying out and why that wouldn’t just be billed to her directly, again no transparency) she would receive a minor amount that doesn’t even make up the weeks of work she missed. They made her sign a document without explaining what she was signing. My issue is not the amount she received. My issue is the lack of transparency and integrity. The little regard for vulnerable clients. If you care for your loved one and for them getting any type of justice, do not trust these people.

Great talking to Alex, I needed a consultation for a civil case and was able to get the information I needed with the kindest and trustworthiness that anyone in my shoes needed. Highly recommend hiring Alex and I am glad to know that to in another time of need I can have him on my side.
