I am forever grateful to Alisheva Law! They have made this whole process less overwhelming by keeping me updated every step of the way. From the very beginning, I had full confidence in her because everything was explained and every question was answered. The staff are just as amazing as she is, they're super helpful and very kind. Thanks to Aliya Alisheva and her amazing Team my mom was able to visit her parents and family after 25 years on advance parole we had no problems coming back and she is now able to work. I found her through Tik Tok and after being told by other lawyers that my mom needed to leave for 10 years her videos gave me hope and I’m glad we reached out. The team is very responsive and helped us through the whole process I can’t thank them enough May god bless them. After many appointments with other lawyers whether it was a free consultation or there was a fee, we had lost hope. I came across a TikTok from Alisheva but I sat on it for several weeks until finally I said one more. But I didn't tell my mom because I didn't want to get her hopes up. We started the process back in April of 2021. It was a lengthy process with a ton of patience needed. We thought it wouldn't happen after a denial (not fault of the lawyer but the interviewer in the immigration interview) and the lawyer appealed it and her staff worked very quickly and hard to get everything together and of course we did our part in getting everything in time as well for them. Three years later and my mom is now a permanent resident! For Mother's Day I got her, her first ticket to Mexico. She is finally able to go see her sisters and brother who she hasn't seen in 25+ yrs without any worry! Though we never went to the office due out of state they were always friendly over the phone! Any questions were answered and if it was something the secretaries couldn't answer they'd make sure they got you the answer! If they missed your call they'd call you back that same day at latest the next day which rarely happened in these three years! All the stress and worry some was worth it!! I am forever grateful to EVERYONE in that office especially to the lawyer Alisheva and all her assistants that worked hard on our case! There aren't enough words to express how thankful I am to them! The pure joy I felt receiving the news of her status and more so when I received a video of my mother hugging her sisters and brother after so long! Thank you thank you so so much!!
