I really wanted to have a good experience with America CPA, but it just didn’t go well. Communication was the biggest issue. It was hard to get updates, and emails often went unanswered for periods of time. When I did get a response, it felt rushed, and I didn’t get clear explanations about what was going on with my return. I also had to resend documents multiple times because they couldn’t find them, and my appointment started almost 25 minutes late. Nothing terrible happened, but overall it felt unprofessional and stressful, especially during tax season. I ended up going somewhere else to finish my taxes. I wish it had worked out better.

In 2023, I moved from San Francisco to Charlottesville and was referred to Brad through a colleague. He has been very thorough and helpful and reasonably priced for the work he does on my behalf. I feel fortunate to have found him so soon after arriving. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.

This year my mother passed after a long life of 95 years, so our tax return was significantly more complex. Brad completed the return accurately and in a very timely manner, all for a very reasonable price. When we first moved to the area a couple of years ago one of our top priorities was to find a good tax accountant. Turns out we found a great one! We couldn't be happier with Brad's service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality service completing their taxes.

I felt so relieved to find Brad and his company. It was the first time I ever felt like I truly understood some of the "tax lingo" and that someone truly took the time to sit down with me and explain things to me in a way I could understand. I felt like I was meeting with an old friend from our first meeting. Being an "older taxpayer" previously I felt embarassed due to my lack of knowledge, but Brad was so respectful, genuine and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and his firm. He is a high caliber, ethical wonderful human being!

We’ve loved working with Brad at America’s CPA the past several years. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent. The platform they use makes it easy to supply all the necessary materials and review our returns. I’ve also been able to get detailed advice about how to approach decisions involved with starting a small business. I highly recommend Brad and America’s CPA.
