I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are fully aware before hiring this office. I hired Anas Kahlon for both my guardianship and asylum cases. For the guardianship portion, the service was excellent. Unfortunately, my asylum case has been a completely different story. I paid $3k upfront with the understanding that the office would obtain my asylum file from my previous attorney. After 9 months, I learned that no follow-up had ever been done and my file was never received. For the last month and a half, I’ve been requesting either my file or a refund since no work was ever done on my case. Mr. Kahlon himself promised me that if the file was not received by September 17th, I would be refunded. That date came and went, and I have still received nothing. Now my calls are going unanswered, and when I do manage to speak to someone, I am met with rude and unprofessional responses such as, “we have other clients to take care of”. As someone who trusted this office with my immigration matter, this treatment has left me very disappointed. I am sharing my experience so that others are aware and can make an informed decision before hiring this firm.
