Alejandro Torres was so helpful and very kind, knowledgeable and professional when I called with questions. I sure hope he is valued as an employee because it really helps to have someone like him willing to answer all questions and help when needed. Everyone I call someone different is assigned to my case…. It makes wonder why.

Extremely disappointed with this attorney and their office I hired this lawyer over 3 years ago to help me with my I-130 case, and during all that time, I never once spoke directly with the attorney — only during the free consultation. After that, everything was handled by paralegals who often made mistakes and failed to communicate properly. Now that my interview is finally scheduled, the lawyer still hasn’t spoken to me or helped me prepare. I also have an order of deportation, and he never filed the necessary waiver to address that issue before moving forward with my case. This situation has caused me years of stress, worry, and disappointment. I trusted this office with something very personal and important, but they did not show professionalism, care, or responsibility. I would strongly advise others to look for a lawyer who truly communicates and takes their clients’ cases seriously.

They are almost like scam to me , you will always call no answer they are more motivated by money once they have your money they don’t care , they will charge your account , their fees aren’t as clear by the time you are done paying you would have believed the filing fees are involved .they wont even mail off the copies of what they sent to immigration on your behalf to you ,they want to use apps to transfer info but not mail things out to you when the app failed you, you are left without info because they want to be cheap after charging 5k and change , by this you don’t even know exactly what they have shared or haven’t shared to immigration . They don’t do follow ups , the aren’t as transparent and they don’t have much English speaking individuals. I’d say run don’t use them one of the worse service I’ve had !

Horrible law firm. They are just after your money. They have absolutely zero care about helping your case. They admin/support staff need serious training. The admin staff will sell you rainbow and sunshine just to get you to sign the contract and pay. They have no legal expertise which we were led to believe. It's only until afterwards that you talk to the lawyer to get a real understanding of what is needed. They do not care if your prefer English or Spanish. They do not communicate with one another. You will explain your situation 10 times to 10 different people and still need to answer additional questions and provide clarification. They do not even look at what state you're living in. There is no communication within the law firm. They scheduled us for FBI background check to come to the office on Aug 7th (with one week notice), we live in Florida. And when I explained that to the assistant (which I already explained to multiple people) she asked me if "that was far". I wanted to talk to the lawyer after our initial welcome call, sent multiple emails over multiple days. No response. I finally emailed the lawyer directly. Got a call within 5 minutes from the assistant to the lawyer telling me "not to email him" and follow the chain of command. When I said that I wanted to schedule another appointment to speak with the lawyer, she said we would not be speaking to the lawyer again for the duration of the case. If I could give zero stars I would.
