I was panicking. My daughter recommended John Skiba to help with my situation. I cannot say enough how personal, professional, efficient, friendly and expedient John and his team are. I received the best customer service! All my questions answered (even the ones I didn't know to ask and the dumb ones, too!). The team is very patient, understanding and full of grace. My overall experience working this team was great. I had my doubts and had a lot of questions before I committed to anything. Jean always answered all my questions, even if had 100s of them. John reaches out right before the creditor meeting and puts your mind at ease that everything will go great. They are great with their payment system. I truly have no complaints. I planned to never need them again but it was definitely a pleasure working with them. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this team definitely earned a great review.

Mr. Skiba and his staff were excellent to work with, from the very first call. They are compassionate and it’s clear they want to help people successfully navigate this process. They walk you through everything, are completely transparent, and readily available if you have questions and concerns. I finally feel relieved that I have a clean slate. I highly recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for help filing bankruptcy.

Found them on YouTube and realized that they also happened to be in Arizona. They made it very easy for me. They Offered a payment plan and the process to get started was very quick. I wish I’d found them instead of the last person… the last attorney told me to stop paying stuff immediately but wanted almost double the price that Consumer Law Group quoted me, and all upfront. I wish I’d found them sooner, as it would have saved me from a year’s worth of missed payments. They are also extremely understanding and nice people, not the stereotypical cold heartless law group. Just paid off my payment plan - thanks guys. Highly recommended

John Skiba is a great guy. I have very few and little to say positive of attorneys so understand he is an anomaly. I trust him and appreciate his integrity, along with his knowledge of the law. I need to add - his staff, especially Jean Springer is patient, professional,and caring. The firm makes a stressful, intimidating unknown an approachable and fact-based process.
