Not gonna lie, I hate the DMV. But I came in very early to have my license renewed. Scanned the code and took a seat , I wasn’t sitting for more that 5 minutes when my name was called. The lady who helped me was super duper nice which is a change for sure. She got me taken care of quickly and even joked about my horrible previous license photo🤣 Go early, be prepared with all the necessary paperwork and BE POLITE!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Keri from the Title Corrections department for her exceptional service! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient in assisting me with a title change request. What made this experience even more impressive was that I was located out of state, which could have complicated matters, but Keri made the process smooth and seamless. She's absolutely awesome, and I'm very thankful for professionals like her who truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous about disputing a bill I received based on an error that was made in my tax return, but Drew at the Arkansas Income Tax Administration was so kind and helpful, and made the intimidating situation of correcting the error on my already-filed tax return a breeze! I got a refund instead of owing anything! Fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes! Arkansas Income Tax Administration y'all are doing a great job!

I scheduled an appointment for a certain time. I was there 5 minutes before my 8:20 appointment and checked in. Eleven minutes after my scheduled appointment I approached the desk and asked about my appointment. People that came in after me and took a number were waited on and finished while I was sitting there waiting for my appointment. The employee was ok but I was in the building 45 minutes for what my scheduled appointment said would take 10 (simple DL renew). When I tried to do the survey it said it was already completed. I didn't complete it. Wonder if the employee completed the survey and gave herself a fabulous review? She wasn't fabulous.
