absolutely awful. it's like they purposely don't want to give us unemployment benefits. they never pick up the phone everytime i call.... so i email, and they said to call. 😐 you'll be put on a queue for hours only to never hear anything. something needs to change! this is ridiculous.

Can't ever get ahold of anyone. Was on the phone for a hour and no one answered. The worst I've ever experienced.

If you’re looking for porn music, go no further. Call their number and enjoy! They will never answer so your moment won’t be interrupted. Over a hour and a half listening to body-tingling saxophones and counting. Update: After two hours they answer then put you back in the queue.

Trump needs to step in a FIRE the Head of the workforce in this state. I've called several times and not one of them answer. I also called today. They appears to be closed! How yall closed and it's 10:15 in the morning It's been a whole damn month and still nothing. Hell I start back working in two weeks. This state will have you sleeping under a bridge! PLAIN RIDICULOUS! SANDERS THIS NEEDS TO ADDRESSED!
