I hired Mr. Sorrentino to represent me in my custody and divorce cases. After being represented by this attorney. I lost physical custody of my children and decision making for my children. Now joint custody and their father makes the decisions instead of me. At the custody trial Mr. Sorrentino would tell me to go ahead and go to lunch. I stayed behind and watched Mr. Sorrentino go into the room where my husband and his attorney were setup. What was he doing in that room absolutely nothing to help me because I lose my case. After, talking with other family attorneys I have learned that my case could have been handled in other ways with a better outcome. Mr. Sorrentino, would not answer my phone calls, emails or text messages but he answered my husband’s attorney. He signed off on what was going to be addressed for the divorce. The only things that were addressed was what my husband wanted. He even allowed my husband’s attorney to say that our actually date for divorce was 2015 or 2018. The divorce case was actually held in 2024. He didn’t even make that correction. He signed the paper, he just signed the paper. I paid Mr. Sorrentino what he requested and he did nothing for me for free and I lost. He received his money and he broke my family! After seeing how Mr. Sorrentino had signed to only address the issues that my husband wanted to cover for our divorce case and how he did not respond to me reaching out to him multiple times. I fired him as my attorney and I am still fighting to fix the damage he caused. I chose him because of all the wonderful messages wrote about him. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with him at all.
