Someone please tell the switchboard staff that their personalities are absolutely disguisting! I was expecting professionalism and kindess when calling this office. And each time I do, I'm met with nasty women. This isn't Washington D.C., a little humility goes a long way. This office needs a total revamp.

They could care less about the consumer. We filed a complaint with the Mississippi Attorney General's Office and never got a response and was given the run around. Seems like they care about big corporations than the consumers

Don't ever call Mississippi State General Office. If you are a citizen are Vulnerable adult. Cause you can't get any kind of help. They don't care who you are. That is a vulnerable adult living in unsafe Conditions at 809 apartments in Jackson, Mississippi. 809 apartments has got more code violations than the law allows, and their is enough at 809 apartments to shut it down permanently. Until it meets the codes and follows the law. Pay $635 a month to live in roaches, rats, mice, and unsafe Conditions. State laws of Mississippi isn't enforced, and Mississippi Vulnerable Protection Act doesn't exist. In order to get anything than done. You have to be in the click with the Mississippi State Attorney General Office.

Reported police corruption to them. They can't even investigate it & told me to hire an attorney. How will that stop police misconduct? Absolutely useless AG

After Lynn Fitch took over. The Mississippi Attorney General Office has turned into a big fat nothing. No serious work is getting done. Just folks taking pictures. I thought women were more honest and had more passion about serving. This office was one of the best ran state government offices and not it is one of the worst ran. BRING BACK JIM HOOD. At least he brought money to the state and he locked up people! Please come back Jim Hood! They have ran this office into a machine for political use.
