I called about a probate issue. The paralegal I spoke to said he would speak to an attorney and call me back. A week later - no call back. So I called again and left a message that I haven't heard back. Two weeks after that call, I still have not had a return call. Do not trust this law firm. They are totally unresponsive to your needs. RESPONSE TO REPLY: No, I never reveived any kind of response or I wouldn't have taken the time to post this review. I won't call you back because I have sought assistance elsewhere.

I've met a lot of people throughout my life and I have a long list of people I respect, appreciate, and am grateful to have crossed paths with. Ryan Swaroff is at the top of that list. I am eternally grateful for her council, back-having, support, and steadfast determination over the last two years. Ryan Swaroff is an incredible lawyer. She knows the law so well and is impressively intelligent and knowledgeable. Not only, was Ryan a wonderful lawyer, but she is genuinely an amazing person. She showed compassion, care, and empathy throughout the whole process. She was honest about what to expect. She saw me at my worst state and offered continued reassurance and comfort. It was so nice to be able to trust Ryan and know she had me, would battle for me, and truly cared about the outcome. This feels rare in today's world.
