They are good at producing results but have very poor customer service. It's always difficult and lengthy to get a phone call answered and when you do it's an automatic hold. Messages go un returned for many days. They do a poor job at contacting clients about important documents and information from USCIS. Communication is an absolute 0 in my book. There is no email listed on the site or a contact submissions form, not even a drop box at the door. I bet sending a fax would get a quicker response then the traditional method. You can't go in person because it's by appointment only. I don't understand why fees are equal to competitors services that actually provide the full service to the one being serviced for the fee. You would think Mrs Balderas would set aside one day for her established clients to speak with her or walk in and actually get to interact with her as her para and office staff can't provide reassurance and knowledge as she can.

We have been with the Balderas Legal Group since the beginning. From my husband getting his Green Card, to him becoming a Citizen. They were always helpful, prompt with their responses, friendly, and kind. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done and we will recommend them to friends and family in need of their services for years to come!

I don't recommend them not happy with the process they did with my citenship case but got paid in full n they slack on my case like they didn't care

All of the Balderas legal group are amazing!!! My husband case got complicated and they walked me through the whole way I appreciate all of their hard work effort and support on my husband's case it wasn't easy but it got done and now after years seperated we have our family united back in the USA!!! Recommend 100%!! Im am forever grateful 🙏
