Kimberly (paralegal ) was super accommodating & extremely responsive. Leanne Hightower did great work on this case. From the beginning, they were super responsive and just made me feel like I was in good hands. they actually took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The whole legal process can be pretty overwhelming, but they made it feel manageable. They were patient with all my questions (and I had a lot) and I never once felt rushed or brushed off. If you’re looking for a team that’s not only sharp and experienced but also down to earth and easy to work with, this is the place. I’d 100% recommend them. They’ve got your back.

I contacted Barringer Law Firm on March 5. At first, everything was great: Matthew responded quickly and clearly, and we promptly scheduled a consultation for March 12. However, right before the consultation, I received a call informing me that my lawyer had been replaced. At the time, I didn’t think much of it. The consultation lasted no more than 20 minutes, it was conducted by Josef, and it was so superficial that I ended up learning much more useful information just by reading the official USCIS website. Despite this, I decided not to give up and continued trying to work with the firm. Josef asked me to send him some specific information about myself, which I did the same day. After that, he disappeared. I sent a follow-up two days later, then another one — and only after the second email did I receive a response, this time from a new lawyer, Alan. He said they hadn’t “seen” the information I had sent, even though I had provided it on the day of the consultation. I resent everything, highlighting some parts in bold. On March 19, I was offered an additional consultation, which I agreed to. Since then, I’ve already sent four follow-up emails, but no one has responded. This firm doesn’t deserve even one star! They are irresponsible, dishonest, and have absolutely no interest in helping the client. A sad and extremely disappointing experience. I DON’T RECOMMEND working with them!

A honest review from CS. I’m writing this review to warn others about our extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. My sister had been out on supervision bond for years, and during a routine check-in about three months ago, she was unexpectedly detained. From that point on, we tried to work with this attorney, hoping he would help with her case. Unfortunately, throughout her entire time in detention, she never once saw or spoke to him directly. Instead, we were passed off to his paralegals. Despite charging over $1,000 per meeting, he never showed up—not once. He didn’t visit her, didn’t respond to messages, and showed no interest in actually helping. Even worse, my sister wasn’t the only one. Others detained with her had similar complaints. Cases were being lost, and people felt completely abandoned. Its clear that this attorney is more interested in collecting money than providing real legal support.

I hired Leanne and her assistant on the case was Alex, to help my husband who was detained by ICE to reopen his case. In the contract she stated that she would reopen the case, stop deportation and assist the audience to file for the MASTER with EOIR. How ever the only thing she did was put the motion to reopen the case and only went to speak with my husband twice for 10 minutes each time. I was always checking the Case Lookup Website myself because she never had information on what was happening. I was the one who told her in the website the motion was denied. This was Monday April 26th she said she would go see him on Thursday April 29th and the next thing you know my husband was already deported to Mexico on Tuesday April 27th not even taking the time to get to him ASAP. She did nothing the contact said besides file for the motion to reopen the case which she highly FAILED. They took $3000 as a deposit and want me to pay the rest of the amount of $2000 totaling to $5000 not worth even the $3000 for what she did. I DON’T RECOMMEND HIRING THIS FIRM THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DON’T FOLLOW THEIR OWN CONTRACT AND OF COURSE DON’T EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL!!!! I’m a new mom with my baby just turning 3 months now I have to go back to work and leave my baby with babysitters which are extremely expensive and stuck with all the bills without any help. If I can give them zero stars I would, they even deserve one star.

Shawn, Ginger and all the support staff rock. I had some issues with a neighbor bully. Somehow a judge granted the neighbor a TRO against me. It was 180 degrees the other way. Shawn was able see through it and represent the truth. Thanks to you all.
