Want to be overbilled? These are your people. Want to pay up your bills and then get a NEW bill months later for the same service? These are your people. Want to argue and show evidence of the fact that you ALREADY paid this bill, have accounts payable never return your calls to explain how they justify double billing, then have the lawyers SUE you and bully you into paying under threat of paying their double bill AND legal costs?? These are your people! I'll never use these people again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. Next step contacting the Louisiana Bar Association as is my right.

Called for consultation, secretary was rude and wanted to charge a consultation fee. The fee can’t be explained nor is there an outline of what you receive.
