ZERO STARS! I called to ask if they were accepting new clients to help me start up my small busines.. I was told by someone named DAN that they are available to charge me $300 for consultation but they only take a very minimal amount of clients so after I pay $300 MAYBE they will -- or will not -- help me beyond that. Who would accept that? If you are trying to come off as this high end selective agency, there are more professional ways to do that than behaving elitist. What a joke. Did I say ZERO STARS? Follow Up to owner's response: I have a long-standing practice of only leaving reviews for businesses when I receive truly exceptional service; I do not typically comment on experiences that fall short of expectations. The fact that I felt compelled to submit a negative review in this instance reflects the severity of my dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the dismissive and condescending nature of your public response only reinforces the concerns I raised. I encourage you to reflect on this feedback and strive for a higher standard of professionalism.
