Worked with William Evans to send a letter of demand to my former contacting company due to breach of contract specifically around late payments. William was professional and speedy, we were able to get a positive response with interest and a signed settlement agreement, promissory note in 23 days. Highly recommended for beach of contract disputes

I had a good first impression of Berlik Law. When I completed the intake form, I clearly stated that I was seeking legal support and someone who could advise me on my options. The intake form also said the consultation fee would be $350, but Lee Berlik personally emailed me and said the consultation fee would be $100 instead. That made me think they saw value in my case and were willing to work with me seriously. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I paid $100 for a consultation where I had to re-explain everything, and the advice I received was inaccurate. I also had to be the one to bring up possible options based on my own research, even though I was hoping the attorney would guide me through available legal strategies. I had hoped for real legal guidance and partnership, but that wasn’t what I received.

Getting to the truth of a case, as any attorney or advocate will tell you, is never as easy as one would think, nor is it even as much a focus of the criminal justice system as it could be or should be. With that said, BerlikLaw walked us through our case from the beginning to the end and helped us receive the best outcome we could have hoped for: vindication! It was a day we thought we may never see and while it’s only one step out of many, gosh knows they patiently and professionally made sure we got there. From our initial consultation, to dealing with opposing counsel, to many explanations about the process which they gave us along the way, to a few strategic conversations, despite how our outcome could have been anywhere from bad to worse to incredible, we’re eternally grateful they stood with us and fought with us. In an area of the world where there are literally thousands of attorneys to choose from, our hope is that this one, single, tiny review may somehow help give you the confidence to hire them.
