Crystal was the perfect lawyer for helping us prepare for and ultimately adopt our unborn grandchild. The first step was to find the right lawyer and we definitely accomplished that when we found Crystal! Without getting into any additional details, our fight was long and hard. Our situation required lots of time-sensitive and intricate work and everything had to fall into place perfectly. Crystal impressed us throughout the entire ordeal. She was on top of it all, every step of the way and communicated with us clearly and often. She was very compassionate and patient and visibly believed in our case. We successfully adopted our daughter in March 2019 with Bianco Professional Association. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and most importantly, very kind throughout this stressful process. Their guidance was spot on, and they prepared us well for the challenges of the adoptive process. We will be eternally grateful for their help in completing our family. Attorney Tom Coltarno is excellent. He took. Care of my law suit right away. Very kind ,caring and considerate. He settled my issue promptly and I was extremely satisfied with the end results. I would go to Tim again if I ever needed help again.
