I called this office to get basic information about their services and fees for a marriage‑based immigration case, and I was shocked by how rude and condescending the attorney was on the phone. Instead of asking any questions about my situation or explaining what the process would involve, he went straight to quoting a fee and spoke to me like I was wasting his time. When I tried to ask follow‑up questions so I could understand what I would be paying for, his tone became even more dismissive. I felt talked down to, interrupted, and pressured, not informed. At no point did I feel like a potential client whose case mattered—just someone he wanted off the phone unless I immediately agreed to pay. This experience completely destroyed my trust and confidence in this firm. If this is how they treat someone during an initial inquiry, I can’t imagine relying on them for something as important as an immigration case. I will be looking for an attorney who is both knowledgeable and respectful, and I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Alex Carl handled my case , he had excellent communication skills, was clear and straightforward explaining everything in a understandable way.. my husband and me applied for permanent residency and they handled the paperwork and documentation professionally . everything went smooth. Carl Immigration ,they did well and the best. so we got out green card without problems . the lawyer keep updating and felt we are really taken care.
