My Long Term Disability was Denied and the Insurance Company only given me 6 months to file an Appeal . I was so depressed aside that I lose my job . I’m experiencing Pain and Muscle Spasm recovering my Cervical Spine Fusion . A week before the Deadline of my Appeal . I saw an Ad on Facebook BOREALIS BENEFIT LAW INC .
