We had a wonderful experience doing our taxes this year with Bridge Tax Advisors…. feels odd to say ‘taxes’ and ‘wonderful’ in the same sentence! The person I was first in touch with to inquire on the teams’ ability to take on a new client was very pleasant- off to a great start! From there, making (and then rescheduling) our appointment was a breeze via their online scheduler. We uploaded our docs to a secure platform, though they did offer the option to bring things in person if I recall correctly. When we attended our meeting, Joel had everything pulled up and ready to discuss. We had a few significant tax changes for this year, and some questions, all of which seemed like things he could handle in his sleep. He was very pleasant, sought feedback, and gave us a small gift to go! For the rest of the day I kept saying to my husband “I can’t believe we just did our taxes”. We were in such a good mood leaving that we went out for dinner afterward! All in all, highly recommend Bridge Tax and Jill in particular. Will be back!
