Overall, it was a good experience. However, my tax preparer failed to remember she helped me determine how much I should have taken out of my retirement pay to avoid paying taxes at the end of the year. She had forms prepared for quarterly payments and charged me for them. She corrected the error and subtracted the charge off my bill. I was seen on Monday and was told my documents would be ready on Friday. That was not the case. After calling twice to check on the status, I was told I would be called when they were ready.

I moved to the area at the end of the calendar year and my tax situation was a bit unique. I was finishing up my time in the military where I paid KY state Taxes, my wife paid VA state taxes, a rental property, so a bit of a unique situation.
