I had a terrible experience with this firm while trying to get help for my mom regarding an LLC matter. After waiting over a week with no follow-up, I finally spoke directly with Joseph Patchen. From the start, he was dismissive, rushed, and kept talking over me whenever I tried to ask questions or provide clarity It’s one thing for a firm to decide not to take on a case—that’s understandable. But the way Mr. Patchen handled the call was completely unprofessional. He offered no direction, shut down any attempt to ask about next steps, and made it clear he didn’t want to spend another second on the conversation. The entire interaction felt rude and unnecessary, and I left the call feeling worse than before I reached out. I would not recommend working with this law firm, especially with Joseph Patchen.

Unsolicited Accolades: Carlile Patchen & Murphy, LLP Recently I experienced an exceptionally positive process and outcome with this law firm's site at 950 Goodale Blvd, #200, Columbus, OH 43212. a) I was referred by two friends who do not know each other. Each highly recommended the Estate and Planning department to me. b) I was fortunate to become the recipient of legal services from Misty H. Aldrich, JD and Ashley R. Landolfo, Legal Assistant. We interacted by telephone, email, and in person a number of times. c) Misty and Ashley were consistently welcoming, positive, highly focused, efficient, and fully answered each of my questions concerning the creation of my legal documents. They cheerfully made needed revisions to each draft document. The legal fees were quite reasonable and acceptable. There was never any "pressure" exerted to convince me to work with them. Rather, they were low key and appeared friendly and authentic in their interactions with me. d) Should I require other legal consultations in the future I will not hesitate to employ this fine firm. I genuinely recommend these services, without any reservations whatsoever.
