My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Vanessa and Allison at Caruso Law Firm. I feel it was worth every penny to hire them, considering how they have consistently answered our questions in a timely manner - no matter how small or "dumb". I can't even imagine the amount of extra stress we would have had without their support throughout our process. Dealing with the US immigration system is an inherently difficult thing and we would (and already have) recommend them to anyone in need of family-based immigration assistance. Their fees honestly feel like a bargain for the peace of mind we received from their assistance.

I highly recommend working with Vanessa and Allison at Caruso Law Group. I was impressed with Vanessa's honesty and recommendations during our consultation call, which ultimately led me to choosing her over others in the Pittsburgh area. I cannot recommend this immigration law team highly enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and professional. This is going to be a long review, so please bear with me haha. But I really feel like I need to share our experience. My wife and I started working with Vanessa and Allison over 8 years ago or even 9. It has been a very long and stressful journey, but we honestly could not be more thankful that we had them by our side. They gave us not only great legal support, but also a lot of emotional support. During these years of waiting, we talked to a few other immigration lawyers. Some told us our case was impossible, some said it was very much possible with a crazy amount of money, and some just stopped communicating with us. I am so glad we did not go anywhere else. The thing I appreciated the most was their communication. For as anxious person as I am, it was very important for me to know that if I had a question, I could call or email and get a response. They were always quick, professional, and very supportive. One more thing that really showed us how honest they are: when we hired them in 2017, we made a deposit. Almost 8 years later, before we even received our interview notice, they returned that money to us. Of course, we made a new arrangement and stuff after the notice. but the fact that they kept track of everything showed us what kind of people they are. They truly care about their clients and not just the money. Vanessa was more than just our attorney. She believed in us and gave us a confidence when we needed it the most. I will never forget her saying, "We're just going to go there and get it. That's it." Those words gave me so much confidence and support. When the interview finally came, we felt ready. Allison prepared everything for us, and Vanessa was sitting right behind me during the interview. Just knowing she was there made me feel protected and supported. We also had a great interpreter who we hired separately, and together they made this very stressful moment much easier. We all made such a good team work. I cannot recommend Caruso Law Group enough.
