If I could rate Celedon Law with more than 5 stars I would! For me, Eloa Celedon was an answer from God to my prayers! I first learnt about her office and its services in Linkedln! I work in a research lab and my network is formed of professionals from the Biotech world! It has nothing to do with Immigration Law! However, out of nowhere, Linkdln started to offer me some postings from Celedon Law! After a while, I’d see her postings and in my mind, I started to wonder: “Is this lawyer that will be helping me with my process?” However, it was only a thought! I had no financial means to afford an attorney! After a couple of months, my pastor announced a free immigration clinic in my church in Hudson, MA. I was amazed when I realized that the attorney was Eloa Celedon! That day, I spoke with her, explaining my and my husband’s situation, and she openly and clearly spoke about our possibilities, summarized the process and gave us a rough idea about how much it would cost us. I had a follow up appointment at her office, when we discussed the process in detail. And I was even more impressed with the professionalism that her staff assisted us. We spoke separately with her paralegal, covering the legal aspects, and the financial person, discussing the costs, payment plan and contract. Her staff is extremely professional and empathetic. The way they presented the process and the financial aspect of it made possible for me something that was close to impossible. The paralegal that was assigned to me was Challise Hurd! She was extremely respectful! She respected me not only as a customer but also as a human being! I say that, because the process for immigration status adjustment is a very sensible subject! It is not only about law! It involves lives! She was always prompt to reply to my emails! She never, and I mean it, let me without a response! And for whoever that has had any experience with immigration lawyers may know that they are, in general, hard to get a hold of! I have to be honest in my review and say that the best way to get a hold of someone there is by email though! My paperwork was put together by Challise and revised by their attorneys! Challise always said that they’d only send it after they were sure that the paperwork was impeccable. And it was! After 6 months that my process was sent to USCIS, I was granted my green card with no complications. In all aspects, Celedon Law is A+ for me! I’m very pleased with their service and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future! I sincerely recommend Celedon Law! Thank all staff, especially, Challise!
