Rude experience, the attorney a black female not quite sure what her name is. She wasn’t very friendly. She asked me what happened, then talked all over me as I was talking. Then she tells me to get to the point mid ways, to me explaining my point. I had to correct her, and say I am getting to my point. I’m guessing you only get one minute and a half, to speak to them about your issue… With included interruptions… Or they start to get rude. Other attorneys I have talked to from here are kind, but this one was terrible and so was the receptionist who answered the phone. Why do some of these people, even have a job, they always say “we don’t do these types of cases”. next time, I’ll just call the bar association and see what they have, you get what you pay for which is nothing. Better that, than being disrespected and your case not even considered

I'm very disappointed with the Center for Legal Service. When I call to them with a new case in a different year this latino woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and uncaring and brought up my last case I had with them a few years ago i called many government agencies for help to only being pointed back to Center for Arkansas Legal Services which i used in the past. I put in a complaint against her so they gave me the Illusion of giving me an Attorney that was going to help me that was very difficult to reach or to talk to. Don'tget me wrong mr. Soller seems like a really good guy. This case was against the apartments I live in the Hidden Valley Apartments that have a very serious problem with chain smokers and the apartment management isn't telling them to stop or giving them any penalties for smoking. I have life threatening illnesses my attorney they gave me already knows this from me awarding him about this issue. he wrote my uncaring apartment manager a notice stating my life threatening illnesses and explained that I can't be around cigarette smoke or any other type of smoke. It can actually kill me. I have Respiratory problems, hight blood pressure,heart problems and diabetes. The apartment manager lied with claims that he went to each apartment units in my building and he lied and claimed that he gave out letters to tenants only in my building the only problem with that lie is that if it were so i would have seen these letters hanging on the doors of the apartment. Plus he claimed he claimed that he have gone to apartment to apartment to check each unit in my building and lied and claimed that he didn't find or smell anything cigarette smoke. I asked my manager why he didn't give me a letter on my door also. He claim that i was the one who reported this problem. That wasn't a good excuse to not give me a letter. That's the thing that exposed his lie. I requested the managerto give me a letter also he avoided everything i said about the letter.. So I keep calling the manager to tell him that the tenants are still smoking he try to avoid my calls and text messages. he finally answered my text. The apartment management tells me that he don't want to talk to me only with my lawyer Eric Soller with Center for Arkansas Legal Services. I tried to call my attorney Eric Soller he avoided my calls and text messages without really getting to much help because this no good Apartment management at Hidden Valley Apartments only wants to talk to him and not me. I pay hidden Valley rent every month not my attorney Eric Soller. I'll give them one call to see if my attorney Mr.Soller can Call and talk to this No good Apartment manager Mr. Cassius. Mr. Soller if you are read this message please do the right thing and call me please I still need your help and you haven't got back with me. Thank you and God bless.

My experience with Attorney Jorden Davis at center for Arkansas legal services was very insightful, I learned a lot, she filed great motions, got me into court, and I was able to be reunited with my daughter. I would love to continue working with Ms. Davis in the future if need to.
