It was truly a pleasure to work with Paul for our application. He is very fun and easy to work with. The communications between us was efficient and smooth, as Paul is always responsive. Furthermore, since Paul is quite knowledgeable about all the latest processes and policy updates, the workflow of submitting/reviewing/preparing artifacts was very effective and fluid. A few policy updates happened during our application process, and Paul was always very calm, professional and pointed us to the correct direction and policy interpretation.
