Having spent my career of over 40 years in the legal field working with several attorneys, I can honestly say Attorney Matthew Paradisi did an excellent job representing me in a CHRO claim. He spoke honestly and realistically about what to expect and brought my case to a positive disposition in a relatively short period of time. Michael Riley should be disbarred. He refused to modify my claim to include key facts I asked for, settled the case without my consent, and misled the other party into thinking I agreed. When they moved to enforce that bogus settlement, he didn’t even show up—he sent an intern who knew nothing about my case and did absolutely nothing in court. It felt like he assumed I’d take whatever was offered, maybe because I’m Hispanic or he thought I was desperate. I wasn’t. I refused the offer, and I have the emails to prove it. Because of his negligence and total lack of advocacy, my case ended in a non-suit. If you value your rights, your voice, and your dignity—stay far away!

Very professional firm, from the front receptionist all the way to Attorney Cicchiello himself. They were always very helpful and courteous. Throughout the process of my case and whom ever was handling it at the time, everyone was quick to respond with clear communication and desire to help with any question or concern I may have had. They truly have your best interests in mind and will work for what you deserve. Great firm all around.

I referred my nephew and he was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. He was told that he would receive a call back on 3 occasions and nothing. He tried emailing for transparency and clarity with two cases and nothing. Do not trust them as they seem overwhelmed and not able to handle their workload. I will never use or refer them again.

I was in a bad car accident and Atty Manny Cicchiello and his team have been very kind and very helpful in helping settle this issue. Atty Cicchiello made sure I was seen by the appropriate doctors including a very skilled therapist who helped me through the PTSD associated with the trauma from the accident. He is very approachable and his staff is also very kind every time I spoke with them regarding my case. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Definitely would recommend- they don’t back down- they will fight for you.
