Jeremy Clason is hands down the best immigration lawyer out there—knowledgeable, professional, and truly dedicated to his clients. He made a complicated process much easier, and I can’t recommend him enough. However, his office staff is an absolute nightmare. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional over the phone. Instead of helping, they act like you’re wasting their time, and to make matters worse, they actually laughed at me during the call. It’s shocking that someone as great as Jeremy Clason allows such disrespectful people to represent his office. If you need an excellent lawyer, go to him—but be prepared to deal with his awful staff over the phone.
