C olonial Tax Consultants have been an excellent source for me to combat my procrastination that led to eventual not filing tax for 4 years twice. Nate Miralez a tax attorney who took over my situation both times prepared both my federal and state tax returns for a reasonable charge shed light in my direction which helped me get motivated completing my future taxes. I discovered their caring nature in working with me achieving this. Nate was very courteous and knowledgeable in various complex tax situations and I recommend them to simple as well as complex situations to anyone.

These guys are absolutely the best! Nate and Rick, both of them. They tagged teamed our tax returns twice. Both times we were filing 5 years at time. Sounds pretty bad, I know. They were able to sort out our mess! We were even able to recover considerable refunds. Always returned e-mails promptly and answered all our calls and concerns. We are now in compliance and so luckily to have found them when we did. Great team.

Hear me clearly - finding Colonial Tax Consultants, LLC was nothing short of an answered prayer (literally). They are the kind of rare, exceptional company you hope exists out there somewhere, but never expect to actually find. Well, trust me - now you have! They are true professionals and extraordinary advocates for their clients; the exception to the rule and the diamond in the rough! I was dealing with an extremely stressful, nearly $40,000 tax issue that had my husband and I completely overwhelmed. I tried a few of the big online tax resolution companies first, and all they did was quote huge prices while still expecting me to do most of the work. It was awful. Then, (after I literally prayed) I tweaked my Google search using keywords like “honest,” “knowledgeable,” “ethical,” and “responsive,” and was led to CTC. Rick was a tremendous help for us. While we did not qualify for his services necessarily, he was very knowledgeable and kind through the process providing us with facts. We did not go in blinded and had background information on what to do and what not to do. Highly recommend Rick for those who need him.
