Communication from beginning to end is excellent. The annual questionnaire is comprehensive and easy to understand and complete. It's easy to upload PDF documents needed to complete the return. Once you've had taxes prepared once, there are reminders of which type of documents you uploaded the previous year to make sure you upload the new documents in the current year and if not needed, you can not that. My returns have been completed quickly and any questions I have are answered quickly also. I have not seen any errors in the returns. It is more expensive than some other services not as expensive as others.

I have been using Colorado Tax Pro for at least the past 5 years and I would highly recommend them. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with a real estate investment property I have, my business and my personal taxes. The portal is very efficient and Andrea is quick to respond to any of my questions.

Rude and overpriced - I’ve been filing with Andrea since 2017 and frankly, for the cost of her services as of late ($500+) she’s not helpful and extremely rude. I recently opened an LLC, have student loans, and anytime I asked a question about forms she acted like it was a pain… I don’t know anything about taxes, that’s why I’m paying a professional… is that not the purpose of this business? I’m truly in shock how I was treated after nearly a decade of working with her. I’m surprised to see all the positive reviews for someone who genuinely only gave one word responses and left me with unanswered questions. For the money, I urge you to go somewhere else where the people actually care for their customers. Do better Andrea.

I've been with Colorado Tax Pro for four years now and Andrea and her team have always been great to work with. Her portal is the key to efficient communication that makes it easy to stay on top of the status of my return and any questions I have. She's helped me navigate several changes in life that have affected my taxes, and her willingness to work with my financial planner really sets her apart from other CPAs. She also produces a video review of the return each year that covers every aspect of the returns. I can't recommend her enough!
