Love Complete Payroll. I manage a 30-employee business. Complete Payroll upgraded me last year to a great software tool that is so easy to use and it allows me to run payroll in like 20 minutes even from out of the country! Many changes I am able to make quickly on my own, and this has saved me and my team hours weekly of payroll processing. If we ever have a payroll issue or problem, my Complete Payroll team is quick to respond. Even the owner of the company has reached out to help when needed. We were tired of the Big Corporate payroll company. Too many mistakes, no local support, and customer service was always difficult because we didn't have a dedicated payroll person to speak with. From the first day I called Complete Payroll Services, they were responsive and attentive. The customer service has been amazing! The fact that they have an office close by means we get the support we so desperately needed. We have a dedicated payroll person, but if that person is unavailable then anyone there can help because they work as a team. Oh, and did I mention that it is HALF THE PRICE we were paying??? Totally satisfied in every way. I highly recommend Complete Payroll Services, especially for small local businesses.
