AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used Rick's services for years but after this year I've had beyond enough. In 2021, he did my taxes in winter and told me I owed the government a few thousand dollars. I was bummed, but had made some life changes that year so I figured that had something to do with it. Then, literally on the tax due date, one of his assistants emails me saying I'm actually getting a return (after I've paid a few grand to the IRS). THEN this year he tells me yet again I owe a few thousand to the government. I dont trust him of course because of last year, I try to call his office to ask them to look again. Nothing, no one picks up. I eventually get a voice mail saying "oh if you just adjust your withholdings a bit this wouldnt happen". I take my taxes to another preparer for a second opinion and Rick has been claiming unemployment for me despite having been in the same job for over two years. I'm just baffled by this level of incompetence and will never be returning to this service again. I highly suggest you consider literally any other tax preparer or pay for two to check his shoddy fraudulent work

Been doing business with Craft Accounting Service for over 20 years. We have never had an issue or complaint. They have always been available to answer questions and have processed our taxes quickly once we supplied all the documentation. I love the option of meeting in person. I highly recommend working with them.

We filed with this company for our 2018 tax return. They charged $100 more than was offered through email when we set up the appointment and apparently filed our taxes incorrectly as we were charged an underpayment penalty.

Has anyone been able to get in touch with them recently? I have been calling and calling, emailing and emailing about an issue. I last spoke with them via email in May. Are they still in business?
