Will give it 3 stars. Wyatt was super helpful, but it was also frustrating to pay the fee, just to basically get to see if they will take your case. Get told they will take it, and then a few weeks later, Mr.Crook decides to change his mind and say he can’t take it . Probably not the first time that’s happened, but it’s frustrating nonetheless.

Jerry Taylor is the attorney who assisted me with my lease, while it was expensive (at least to me, but I have no reference point for what leases might cost) I feel much more comfortable that I am going to be protected and my tenants and I will have a more clear relationship. As a small business landlord I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone needing work done like I have. I fully intend on utilizing Jerry and his firm for all my real estate legal needs.

Scott Crook has been our attorney since 2009. I can honestly say that I NEVER thought I would be in a position to need a lawyer, but Mt husband and I dud...we got lucky enough to have Scott recommended to us. He is honest and diligent. I would recommend him to anyone.
