If you're looking for an accounting firm that doesn't appear to believe in timely information, comprehensive reporting, and operating with a sense of integrity...you found it. As a small business owner I was looking for a simple, efficient, affordable, and hard working CPA to help guide my growing business. With Cummings Keegan & Co I soon discovered I was little more than just another name on their ledger. While the initial pitch was filled with rainbows and sunshine, it quickly soured. My biggest disappointment was their lack of reporting, even after I made multiple requests both via email and phone for an update. It was only after they had depleted my initial payment for services did they provide a balance statement. While bigger clients might receive better service, it would likely behoove small business owners to find a firm that is a better fit.
