I phoned Mr. Buran two days before Christmas, fully expecting to get directed to voicemail. I was happy to hear him answer the phone. What followed was a 20 minute conversation addressing my concerns over tax issues relating to my deceased mother. He was professional, informative, and occasionally humorous. After the phone call I was relieved, and informed. I would strongly recommend him, and will have no reservations calling him in the future.

I had questions about a failure to file and 401k close out while working in one state and living in another. I was worried about criminal and civil penalties, and David gave me answers to all my questions putting me at ease. He called back within 12 hours and took the time to explain everything indepth to me. I would definitely recommend him for any questions regarding tax law and compliance. If I were to run into any legal issue again he would be the first person I would call.
