I contacted this firm regarding a Pennsylvania lemon law claim and provided extensive documentation. After submitting the claim to the manufacturer and receiving a denial, the firm declined to move forward with litigation. I understand that not every case can be pursued, but I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication after that decision, including no response to a subsequent email seeking clarification. If you are considering this firm, I recommend confirming upfront how far they are willing to pursue a claim beyond the initial submission stage.

Super easy to work with! Jackie, the paralegal there, was absolutely wonderful! Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier! Process took about 6 weeks - mostly waiting on the manufacturer of the vehicle to get back to them! When all was said and done, they got the manufacturer to repurchase my vehicle. I also got my down payment for the vehicle back with a few extra bucks! 10/10 would recommend! (2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport)

Laura was very professional, I explained to her what happened. She assured me that there was more than 90% chance that they would buy the car back gave her the information gave her pictures. She communicated through the entire process the day before I was supposed to turn it into the Dodge dealer she went over everything that was going to happen. They were going to inspect a car and I would get a check that day. Do not hand the title over to the car until you have Check in hand, I would highly recommend them 5 Stars hands down.
