The best decision I made during my immigration journey was choosing D$S — specifically Mark Davidson — as my attorney. Working with Mark has been a truly positive experience. The best immigration lawyer with a highly professional team . Yllka Sesery is trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard working lawyer .She made my case successful guiding me step by step from applying to the interview where she was present as well . Olga Baranovsky , Yllka Sesery’s team member , was responding to my innumerous emails and phone calls even on weekends, she was also my interpreter at the interview. Yllka Seseri and her team are really dedicated to the client’s success. They do care and they do the great job . I honestly don’t understand how this firm has a 4.9 rating. It makes me wonder if some of the reviews are paid or fabricated because my experience has been extremely disappointing. This is by far the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. This is not just in immigration law, but across all legal services. They seem more focused on billing than actually helping their clients, and at times I felt like they would even charge for a simple phone call. The level of complacency and lack of attention to detail in handling my case was shocking. They didn’t even take the time to properly review my application against my previous one, which led to major mistakes and unnecessary setbacks. For a lawyer who claims 20+ years of experience, it was alarming that Davidson couldn’t even provide a proper recommendation. The unfortunate part is that I even referred a friend to this firm, and their experience was no better. They essentially charge $4,000–$5,000 just to fill out forms—and that’s it. Nothing meaningful to offer beyond that. If you are looking for true legal guidance, try Jim Hacking Law. At least they will prepare you thoroughly, explain the uphill battle you’re about to face, and give you the best approach to handle it. Don’t be fooled by the inflated 4.9 rating. My experience shows a very different reality. Save yourself some time and money. Just go elsewhere pls
