I keep calling these people. I always have to leave voicemail messages and emails that I never get responses to either. I am trying to collect unemployment and have been trying for months. I had to file an appeal because I did not give a reason why I resigned from my job in February and was denied unemployment because of that. There was only a Yes or No answer. Had to have an appeal telephone hearing in July, but was told it was sent in error and had to wait for another one to come in the mail. It was supposed to be at the end of August, and of course, no one came on the call and I left a message regarding it...no call back. I never thought I would have this much trouble trying to get through to these rude people. It must be nice to get paid to ignore people's calls & emails.

Mrs. Lopez was very helpfull in setting me up with a paper application for unemployment and was good, 5 stars for her but edited to 1 star because 3 months later I still dont have a single cent of unemployment.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I filed for unemployment on May 8th and I still haven’t received a single payment OR an update as of July 6th. I visited the office (since they don’t answer the phone or respond to email) and I was told “the deputy” has to review all cases and she is behind. How is that our fault??? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FEED MY CHILD, MYSELF OR PAY MY RENT? I worked for 7 years, to be suddenly left without work without warning. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Go to the Newark location!!!!!

Terrible calling service. I called the division of employment & training number at 8:53AM. This lady has got to be the rudest person ever. She was being so immature while speaking to me. I called trying to get help and instead this lady is bashing me for no reason. I never leave reviews, but why is she taking phone calls when she has a nasty attitude. She told me to explain my situation to her, so I did and she proceeded to tell me I’m not going to get funded or help, but to do the whole process.Is this really the type of people you want working here? She could’ve been sweet and gave me hope, but no. This is a disgusting way to treat someone who is trying to achieve in life.This conversation could’ve been better if she didn’t have to give me an attitude after everything I said. She needs Jesus in her life. I’ll pray for this woman.

This' a unresponsive location...I've called here multiple times & it takes a long time for someone to reach out if their away from their desk or out of the office...the only way to get someone to reach out quickly is to go in person...
