DO NOT HIRE PLEASE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service, you will never speak to the case manager or an attorney. It took a year and 2 months to get any updates on our case. They lied when we asked for updates, the updates were given to us by workers in Mexico City not even in the U.S. We were told until now that our case was rejected 2 times for the u visa certification and that they send the certification to the wrong place. They lied telling us that it didn’t matter how long ago the incident happened but we still qualified for U visa. We were not refunded our money. We paid for work that they did not do and gave us terrible service. When we finally talked to someone it was a new case manager named Joe who was remote from Wilmington, NC. He appeared video web. We hired in Charlotte, NC and never spoke to someone in person other than when we retained and they gladly took our money and assured us we had a case. We wasted our money but most importantly our time. They do not care about your case all they care about is the money. Sad to see how immigration law firms take advantage of people.

DO NOT HIRE!! Please do not hire unless you want to waste your time and money. There was no transparency or communication. We were told we qualified for a case, paid them in full, and a year later told we did not qualify. They lied to us when we asked for updates by telling us that there were no updates which was not true. They hide from us the mistake they made on our case. A year later after us constantly calling for an update we spoke to a new case manager via web who worked remote. We never spoke to someone in person. We hired them at the office in Charlotte, NC. When you call you will speak with assistants working remote in Mexico City, Mexico that know nothing about your case. We complained to the case manager but we were never refunded our money for the work that they did not completely do even though we paid in full. They will gladly take your money but they do not care about you or your case.

Save your TIME and MONEY. DO NOT HIRE. Do not hire unless you want to waste your time and money. What a coincidence that for their recent negative reviews they get a positive review posted in return. My family hired them for a case in Charlotte, NC. There was no transparency or communication. This is what to expect if you make the mistake of hiring them like we did. You will never speak with an attorney or a paralegal. You will never be able to meet with someone in person. They are not professional and take too long to work on your case. When you call you will speak to assistants who work in Mexico not in the U.S. It took a year of us constantly calling for an update to finally speak to a case manager but it was via video. We complained to the case manager about the terrible service and lack of work but we were never refunded our money for the work that they did not completely do. Utterly disappointed and upset at this firm. Please save your money and time.
