They are a sorry place to do business with. We used them for getting my husband Citizenship, they got our money and the only thing that they did was fill out paperwork and didn't even do that right, they had us come back to go over the paperwork and to Make sure it was right, let them know what was incorrect and they still didn't correct it. I had to go to library and print off questions for the interview, they said they would help but they lied to us, we were supposed to have a lawyer go with us to interview, didn't happen and the only time we spoke with a lawyer was by video, not in person. Then it was a week before his interview and he gave him the wrong information for the interview. They more or less conned us. So I would advise you not to use this law firm. PS, my husband is an American citizen now and we are glad not to have to deal with them anymore!!!!! So if you want to waste you money use them, if you want to have help go to another law firm.😡😡

04/2024Trying to help my father and no communication ,important information being past from one person to another .Iam always talking to different people .Talking to either receptionists or assistant ,never the lawyer .VERY FRUSTRATING repeating information too different individuals.not organized in my opinion. 06/17/25Update:The receptionist keeps asking for sensitive information that was provided years ago, but it has never been given to the same person—only to different receptionists. They claim that the lawyer is rarely in the office and will be discreet about his schedule. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, there has been no progress. My father feels he has already invested too much money to consider hiring a different lawyer. I strongly encourage you to seek assistance from firms in Raleigh or Charlotte, or those with better reviews. I am merely trying to prevent others from experiencing the same situation that my father is facing. If you know what I mean, when they ask you to sign more papers, they are really asking for more money. It has been very repetitive in requesting documents. It's been 6 frustrating years with no progress Greenville NC LOCATION

They are very understanding and never make you feel bad for anything. You can ask them anything. They always call you and so you can be up to date with your case. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Thanks to the amazing team at Diener Law I was able to get my case approved and go out of country and back with no problems. They are very informative and if you have any doubts, they are more than willing to help you resolve those issues. I highly recommend them for any immigration case, I've been with them since 2013 and still a ongoing client helping me every step of the way.

DIENER LAW in Greenville,NC has an excellent staff starting with Jessica Ortiz.Paolo took the time to explain how the process works and was always communicating with us about our case.Our lawyer Luis Stephens was extremely helpful and an excellent lawyer.
