I worked with Jess Morgan at Digby Law for my divorce this year after a bad experience with a previous lawyer on my case. I was particularly impressed with her clear communication and professionalism, both with me as a client and with opposing counsel. She walked me through every step of the way, was always extremely prepared and made sure that I felt prepared as well, and offered resources for every aspect of the divorce and post-divorce process. I felt as though she did a great job balancing timely processes and the best outcome possible on my case. I would highly recommend this firm and Jess in particular.

Sarah and Elyse handled what started as an open and shut divorce that ended with multiple twists, turns and pushback with confidence and ease. They are both very skilled and intelligent. This is the lawyer you want standing in front of you during a difficult divorce. It all wrapped up with me feeling that I received a fantastic deal and that my kids were as protected as they could be under the Tennessee law.
