Cole Morgan at Morgan Dailey Law is an absolute shark in the courtroom! From start to finish, he was energetic, intelligent, and completely on top of my case. He kept me informed every step of the way, always making sure I understood my options. He worked efficiently, got things done in a timely manner, and ultimately got my criminal case dismissed. I am so happy I found Doug to help me through a stressful legal process. I called a few lawyers in South Dakota and decided that Doug was the lawyer I wanted to represent me after our first conversation. He never made me any promises, but maintained a realistic and upbeat perspective throughout my 4 month ordeal. Ultimately his up to date knowledge of a law that recently went into effect in South Dakota got my case dismissed. Doug was extremely responsive to all of my questions over the months and returned all of my calls and emails promptly. In addition, his assistant, Chelsea was a huge help and support to me. I cannot say enough good things about Dailey Law. His office is a treasure to Mitchell, SD. I highly recommend their services.

kinda sad to think he suppose to work on landlord tenant disputes but only in his home towm and not go 70 miles even after knowing he charge travel time at around 300 a hr hed make a fortune in sioux falls but to scared to go past the city limit signs

I called Mr. Dailey to ask for help with a neighbor that has harrassed me for years and made my life miserable. Mr. Dailey was cold and. Insensitive and said he would not want to bother with a small case like that. (Must not be enough money in it for him). His website is a big lie, giving the impression that he really cares about people, which he apparently does not.
