If you are new to Delaware like many of us are, you will want to update your important papers (will, power of attorney, advance directive) and you’ll want a legal team that understands how Delaware estate law works. Rebecca and her team not only got our papers drawn up, they advised us on recent changes to Delaware law that affect our house deed. They are professional and thorough but very easy to talk to and it was a pleasure working with them. Although our needs were pretty straightforward on this visit, we are glad to know we have a solid legal team to help us navigate any challenges that might arise down the road.
