Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Gigi made the same mistake on my taxes two years in a row and refuses to return my calls or emails. The IRS made things right by taking the money we owe them including tons of penalties that Gigi promised she’d pay. It’s been two years of constant calls and emails to Gigi with little to no response. Mistakes happen, but her lack of effort to correct them has been disappointing to say the least.
